  • 4 Bacon: slices, sliced
  • 2 Onions: medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Garlic: clove, peeled and crushed
  • 220 g Spaghetti broken into 5-cm (2-in) lengths (8 oz)
  • 400 Canned Tomatoes drained and chopped (14 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. Cook the Bacon and Vegetables:
    • In a large, deep-frying pan, heat the olive oil over moderate heat.

  • For Extra Flavor: Consider adding a pinch of smoked paprika or a splash of lime juice for an additional layer of flavor.
  • Texture: To ensure the spaghetti has the perfect texture, stir occasionally while simmering to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  • Garnish: Top with fresh herbs such as cilantro or parsley, and a sprinkle of grated cheese if desired.
  • Make it Spicy: If you prefer more heat, add a dash of hot sauce or extra chili powder to the sauce.
